Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of financial planning and analysis experience.
• Experience building scalable reporting and analytics solutions and improving financial processes.
• Advanced proficiency with financial systems, reporting tools, Excel, and SQL.
• Strong cross-functional skills and the ability to translate financial results for non-financial audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable financial, operational, and business reporting tools.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership review.
• Perform reporting and analysis to support operational and financial performance.
• Complete financial analyses for special projects, business plans, strategic initiatives, and projections.
• Develop productivity reporting tools to monitor workforce efficiency and resource utilization.
• Train and support managers in using financial reports and reporting tools.
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems.
