The California Secretary of State’s Business Programs Division (BPD) is seeking a qualified applicant to fill a permanent, full-time Analyst I position within the BPD Financial Section. A Training and Development (T&D) Assignment will be considered for this recruitment. To be appointed to the classification, the successful T&D candidate must fully meet the minimum qualifications by the end of the T&D assignment.
Under the supervision of the Supervisor I, the incumbent works in support of the coordination, preparation, analysis, and monitoring of financial reporting and payment related activities, including projections, reconciliation, contract management, audit support, and interaction with staff of all levels.
