Samsung Electronics America, Inc. in Plano, TX, seeks a Price, Promotion & Master Data Analyst to own pricing condition management, promotion system integrity, and customer master data across CE and NAHQ.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure accurate recognition of pricing and promotional conditions. The role covers end-to-end lifecycle, including N-ERP pricing, deal sheets, eBulletin processes, and CIS/N-ERP account creation.

Role and Responsibilities

The Price, Promotion & Master Data Analyst serves as the central owner for Samsung's pricing condition management, promotional system integrity, and customer master data administration across CE and NAHQ. The role covers the full lifecycle of pricing and promotion operations - from N-ERP pricing condition approvals and CPH/CCH table maintenance to eBulletin and Deal Sheet management, Smart Spend roadmap conversion, and customer account setup in CIS and N-ERP. This position requires deep system expertise and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely recognition of all pricing and promotional conditions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Pricing Management
   • A. Pricing Condition Review & Approval
     • Review and approve N-ERP pricing condition requests via the Inbox link; compare request details against attachments and verify that the condition type matches the stated purpose
     • Update and maintain the price list type field in the customer master based on request/approval
     • Set up pricing conditions as required by the business using N-ERP 'Create Pricing Simulation'
     • Conduct training sessions for new hires on N-ERP pricing mechanics & submission process
   • B. Price Block & Condition Monitoring
     • Troubleshoot price blocks on transmitted orders including rounding issues, locate the blocked line item, and review system price calculations
     • Compare system price calculation against the approved pricing condition to identify the source of discrepancy; advise relevant parties or escape to SDSA Pricing POC as needed.
   • C. MAP Excel & DFI Allowance Management
     • Maintain a master mapping table of all pricing condition types & reference and audit readiness.
     • Manage all annual program DFI (Dealer Floorplan Incentive) allowances: review all customer contracts for DFI clauses and submit DFI pricing conditions where not handled by other parties.
2. 2. Promotion Condition Creation & System Maintenance
   • Update the CPH: add new models & material groups, and configure profit characteristics
   • Update the CCH: add new sold-to accounts with profit characteristic and set upper-level to SEA or Specific
   • Perform monthly updates to Chargeback dispute SD Accrual conditions
3. 3. Promotion Communication Management (eBulletin & Deal Sheet)
   • Review and process all incoming Pricing and Promotion eBulletin requests, validate data accuracy
   • Update the eBulletin mailing distribution list and master records as accounts are added or modified
   • Monitor Deal Sheet send status for all normal conditions, confirm that all exceptions are appropriate
   • Update and maintain N-ERP Deal Sheet templates; deliver Deal Sheet and eBulletin process training
4. 4. Customer Master Data Management (CIS & N-ERP)
   • Review new customer/sold-to requests via the CAP Portal validate attached PUMI and Customer Master form for completeness and proper approvals.
   • Generate sold-to account numbers in CIS: set company code, assign customer type, and run Duns search to confirm exact match before proceeding
   • Create the account number in N-ERP after CIS setup: complete all required fields and save
   • Add ship-to numbers in the partner functions tab of the sold-to party where multiple accounts apply
   • Manage ongoing updates to existing account numbers in both CIS and N-ERP; submit VOC requests to HQ
