Job responsibilities include:

• Developing Financial Need Analyses (FNA) for clients
• Helping families, individuals, and business owners improve their financial positions through services like asset protection, legacy building, index strategies, debt management, and estate planning with our legal team

Position Details:

• 1099, performance-based business model
• Part-Time Schedule: 6-15 hours per week, flexible
• Leads are generated via three tiers: hot, warm, and cold, including partnerships with ETHOS
• Platform: Zoom, fully remote
• Support: Assigned field trainers to guide you from start to independence
• Daily training sessions to support your business growth

Minimum requirements:

• Must pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must have or obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
• Must reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during the process
• Must be 18+ years old

Compensation and benefits:

• Salary range: $36,000 - $125,000 annually (1099, production-based)
• Unlimited earning potential with multiple income streams (producer, bonuses, renewal, stock options, profit sharing)
