Whether you're experienced in sales or just starting out, our training program is designed to help you succeed. This role offers the opportunity to earn significant income, with part-time agents potentially making between $1,000 and $10,000+ monthly.

You can choose to work part-time or full-time without quitting your current job. Many new agents begin as referrals or part-time and transition to full-time while earning the same commissions.

Qualifications and Skills

No prior financial experience is required; training is hands-on. Skills that can help you advance quickly include leadership, customer service, sales, banking, accounting, entrepreneurship, and business acumen.

Opportunity Details

• Educate clients on financial needs analysis and place them in advantageous financial positions.
• Assist with asset protection, legacy building, index strategies, debt management, and estate planning.

Work Schedule

• Part-Time: 6-15 hours per week, flexible based on the individual.
• Leads are generated through three tiers: hot, warm, and cold, using partner platforms like ETHOS and Corebridge.
• All activities are remote, conducted via Zoom, with a dedicated field trainer to support your development.

Minimum Requirements

• Pass a background check (no felonies).
• Must have or obtain a U.S. Social Security Number.
• Reside in the U.S., Puerto Rico, or Canada during the initial process.
• Be at least 18 years old.

Compensation and Benefits

• Part-time, 1099 commission role with potential earnings from $12,000 to over $125,000 annually.
• Multiple earning avenues including producer bonuses, agency bonuses, renewals, stock options, and profit sharing.
• Paid 8 to 9 times per month.
• Opportunities for career growth, agency ownership, and international trips for top performers.
