What you will do:

  • Work with existing Cetera clients.
  • Assist with a broad range of needs including, but not limited to, answering questions about account balances, how to make withdrawals, transfer funds, find resources, etc.
  • Provideclients with wealth management and financial planning advice.
  • Grow the business through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.

What you will have:

  • A valid and active FINRA Series 7 and active Series 66 (63/65) license.
  • State life, health, disability, and variable license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of financial experience.
  • Good customer service skills as well as co-worker relationship skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks while maintaining good organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within time frames.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks without supervision.
  • Polished and persuasive interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new technology and use a variety of data and systems.
  • Strong time management skills and productivity; ability to successfully balance competing priorities.

Compensation:

The base salary for this role is $67,500.00, plus competitive incentive-based variable compensation package. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
