CMC Recruiting is assisting a boutique wealth management firm in Hudson, Wisconsin, seeking a Financial Planning Specialist. The role sits at the intersection of financial planning and execution, coordinating operational steps to implement Advisor recommendations and ensure accurate paperwork and data management.

You will work closely with Advisors to turn plans into action, manage client data in planning tools, and support account openings, transfers, and non-discretionary trades.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning support, investment operations, or related financial services.
• Series 65 license, ChFC, CFP designation, or progress toward a relevant professional designation preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment products, and asset classes.
• Experience with custodial platforms such as Pershing or NetX360+ preferred.
• Experience working within a CRM.
• Familiarity with financial planning and portfolio technology such as eMoney, Black Diamond, Holistiplan, or Pontera is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage responsibilities while collaborating across teams.
• Technologically proficient and quick to adapt to new systems.

• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend opportunities to improve processes.
• Stay current on financial planning strategies, tax considerations, technology, and industry best practices.

Our client is a successful boutique wealth management firm seeking an experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join its collaborative team in Hudson, Wisconsin.

What We’re Looking For:
