Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS/BA in financial planning, finance, economics, or related field.
• Pursuing CFP designation.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn financial and office programs and systems.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train with various departments to understand Allworth's business model.
• Work with an Associate Advisor to develop skills and learn duties.
• Help create and implement financial plans for clients.
• Assist Client Service Team as needed.
• Perform tasks and research related to casework and operations.
• Respond to clients' questions about financial planning under CFP supervision.
• Shadow Financial Advisor in client appointments to gain training.
• Attend company events, workshops, and seminars.
