• Excellent organization, math and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients, preparing financial plans, and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings, enter data, and track follow-ups.
• Coordinate new business paperwork, signatures, and insurance applications.
• Plan and coordinate marketing events with compliance documentation.
