Job summary

Legacy Search Advisors is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst / FP&A Manager who can own the function and partner directly with the CFO. This role is 100% remote, with the CFO based in DC and a requirement that candidates reside in MD, VA, DC, PA, or DE for occasional meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting foundation, expertise in income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, and be technically proficient with Excel, SQL/data, ERP systems, and AI.

Qualifications

• Must have a foundation in accounting and a firm understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
• Ability to own the FP&A function and build from the ground up.
• Experience working with SQL/data, ERP systems and AI is highly valued.
• Candidates should be comfortable analyzing complex data and building robust financial models.

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A function and partner with CFO.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports.
• Analyze profitability, cash flow, and working capital drivers.
• Collaborate across Finance and Accounting to drive forecasting accuracy.

Manager, FP&A - Report Directly to the CFO

$125K Base + Up to $20K Bonus

100% Remote

***CFO is Based in DC and will ONLY consider candidates who reside in MD, VA, DC, PA, DE to allow for occasional meetings***

This company does not need another FP&A person who knows how to update a forecast.

Must have a foundation in accounting and/or firm understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet through Cash Flow (and how each impacts the other).

I’m looking for someone who can eventually OWN the function.

You will work directly with the CFO who comes from a Big-4 Foundation and several explosive growth M&A companies prior to joining this rapidly growing organization!
