Job description

This opportunity is with an exciting, creative, globally connected omnichannel company that is growing both organically and through acquisition. With multiple lines of business and a fast-moving environment, they need someone who doesn't just report the numbers, they need someone who lives and breathes data and can turn it into insight.

This role reports directly to the CFO. It is highly visible, high-impact, and a great fit for someone who wants a seat at the table and the opportunity to influence real business decisions.

What You'll Do
  • Own financial reporting across multiple business lines in a global, omnichannel environment
  • Build, maintain, and improve financial models to support strategic planning and decision‑making
  • Analyze large and complex datasets — cleaning, structuring, and transforming data into clear, actionable insight
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that give leadership visibility into business performance
  • Partner cross‑functionally with accounting, operations, and leadership to ensure data integrity and alignment
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Identify trends, surface risks and opportunities, and communicate findings directly to the CFO and senior leadership
What Makes This Role Different

This is not a traditional FP&A role focused on maintaining existing reports. The business is scaling, and this person will help build the financial infrastructure to support that growth. You will work across multiple lines of business, work with global data, and have real visibility at the executive level.

If you are someone who gets excited about messy data, loves building models from scratch, and wants your work to actually matter — this is the role for you!

What They're Looking For in an FP&A Manager
  • A strong foundation in accounting or finance — you don't need to be a CPA, but you need to understand how the numbers work
  • Someone who lives and breathes data — cleaning it, analyzing it, modeling it, and telling a story with it
  • Experience with financial modeling; a three‑statement model background is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in data tools — currently working in Power Query, but experience with any of the following is welcomed:
  • SQL (highly preferred)
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Strong Excel skills go without saying
  • Experience in an omnichannel, multi‑entity, or global business is relevant and valued
  • The ability to show your work — models or reporting samples you've built are a great conversation starter
  • Years of experience matter less than the quality of your thinking and your comfort with data.
Culture Fit

This team needs someone who is:

  • Intellectually curious and energized by complex, ambiguous data problems
  • Self‑directed and able to take ownership without needing a lot of hand‑holding
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, ever‑evolving environment
  • A clear communicator who can translate data into plain language for non‑finance stakeholders
  • Low‑drama, collaborative, and ready to roll up their sleeves
  • This is a creative, high‑energy environment. It is a great fit for someone who wants to make an impact and grow alongside a business that is actively scaling.
