What You Will Do

• Lead & Develop the Team – Guide, coach, and develop Financial Planning & Analysis team members while driving performance and growth.
• Deliver Business Insights – Analyze financial and operational results to provide actionable insights that support decision‑making and business performance.
• Lead Strategic Analysis – Conduct what‑if analysis and evaluate the financial impact of business changes and new opportunities.
• Partner with Leadership – Build strong relationships with executives and field leadership to support action planning and business decisions.
• Drive Planning & Forecasting – Improve budgeting and planning accuracy while supporting long‑term financial strategies.

What You Will Need
