Job summary

Geneva Search Partners LLC is partnering with a Chicago-area company to recruit a Senior Manager, FP&A who will partner with senior leadership and influence decisions through deep financial analysis. The role is high visibility with responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting and modeling; variance and scenario analysis; executive reporting; cash forecasting; and process and system improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA/CPA, 5+ years FP&A

Qualifications

• BS in Finance or Accounting, MBA or CPA required.
• 5+ years FP&A/finance experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills; excellent communication abilities.
