Beghouconsulting is looking for an FP&A Manager who will partner with leadership and manage core financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This role requires strong financial modeling skills and a comfort in collaborating with senior executives to drive informed decision-making.
The position offers a hybrid work model suitable for candidates based in the Chicagoland area, alongside a competitive compensation and benefits package.
The FP&A Manager will be deeply embedded within the business, partnering with client-serving leaders, project managers, operations personnel, the sales organization, and executive leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. This role owns core FP&A processes end-to-end—budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and close—while also serving as a strategic advisor who enables better, faster, and more informed decisions that improve profitability, optimize resource allocation, and drive sustainable growth.
This role is expected to operate with an independent point of view—validating assumptions, pressure‑testing forecasts, and identifying risks and opportunities ahead of the business. Success requires strong financial modeling skills, a clear understanding of business drivers, and the ability to engage senior leaders with credible, data‑driven perspectives.
This is a hybrid position for candidates based in the Chicagoland area.
These Core Responsibilities are not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
