We are currently seeking a Financial Planning and Analysis Lead to join one of our client teams in the financial services sector. Reporting to the Finance Director, our Senior Financial Analyst will support core and cross-functional business analysis and metrics for the account.

If you have experience with budgeting, forecasting, developing, and maintaining big data, and are a clear communicator with effective organizational and time management skills, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform detailed data analysis, including Budget vs Actual spending and Forecast vs current trend analysis for a real estate portfolio of 200 office sites.
  2. Work with Big Data, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot to isolate and report on changes over time, referencing prior data sets.
  3. Prepare and develop annual budget plans.
  4. Generate and analyze monthly and quarterly reports.
  5. Assist leaders in researching and implementing budget corrections.
  6. Understand the lifecycle of work orders and their financial impact.
  7. Support regular and ad-hoc reporting, including creating reports, graphs, charts, and presentations.
  8. Develop efficient reporting strategies, including automation and process simplification, while maintaining data integrity.
  9. Maintain knowledge of Master Services Agreements and relevant amendments.
  10. Organize and manage team data collection, reporting, and communication.
  11. Leverage on-account resources to ensure client data absorption.
  12. Participate in developing and distributing best practices, process documentation, and support materials.
  13. Manage daily reporting and forecasting activities for the portfolio.
  14. Analyze performance data to forecast and identify trends.
  15. Collaborate with other JLL account leaders and client leadership cross-functionally.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting applications; experience with JD Edwards is a plus.
  • Experience working with Big Data and Power BI tools.
  • Financial competency at a detailed operational level.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple levels.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Remote position, East Coast location preferred.
Compensation:

Estimated total compensation ranges from $94,000 to $115,000 USD per year. This range is an estimate and not guaranteed. Employment offers depend on education, experience, skills, location, and market data.
