Global-Lending-Services is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to support budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting across departments. You will monitor vendor costs, coordinate accruals with Accounting, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining headcount analyses and location-based allocations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work with senior leadership to communicate financial insights effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial concepts helpful.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data gathering, and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain the department budget process; identify variances and present to senior management.
• Monitor monthly expenses and vendor costs; highlight issues to leadership.
• Collaborate with Accounting to book monthly expense accruals and analyze spend.
• Support vendor management with detailed financial analyses of proposals.
• Track headcount and costs by location; forecast expenses and savings opportunities.
