Job summary

MAI Capital Management is seeking a Financial Planning Specialist to manage client data in eMoney, analyze complex financial information, and build planning scenarios for advisor review. You will work closely with clients and prospects to gather information and resolve issues as they arise.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, 2+ years of financial planning experience, and enrollment in the CFP education program with expected CFP designation within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 2+ years of Financial Planning experience.
• Enrollment in the CFP education program and pursuing designation within 6 months of hire.
• Experience with eMoney or similar financial planning software.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter financial data from source documents for quality and completeness.
• Analyze data using eMoney reports to assess plan readiness for advisor review.
• Build, test, and refine financial planning scenarios in eMoney for client goals.
• Provide training and education for internal eMoney users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve client data issues within the software.
• Contribute to ongoing education and weekly software webinars.
