CAS is seeking a Planning Data Specialist to translate client data into eMoney plans, build planning scenarios, and ensure consistency across all plans. You will support a U.S.

wealth management firm, working remotely with offshore talent and collaborating with the advisory team to maintain data integrity and readiness for review. The role emphasizes attention to detail, knowledge of retirement accounts, and written English for progress updates.

Qualifications

• Detail-obsessed with numbers and accuracy.
• Able to read brokerage, retirement, or insurance statements and map figures.
• Understand retirement accounts, insurance, and basic tax in a financial plan.
• Work independently with self-direction and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Enter client household data into eMoney (income, expenses, assets, liabilities, accounts, insurance, estate).
• Translate client files and statements into correct eMoney fields.
• Build initial plan scenarios for advisor review (e.g., retire at 60 vs 65).
• Flag missing or outdated information and report progress to advisory team.
