Duties include:

1. Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals and reconciliations.
2. Review reconciled invoices, SAP expenses, open POs, and budgets for accuracy.
3. Coordinate with ISG offshore team to ensure SOPs, metrics, and data integrity.
4. Conduct weekly, monthly, and as-needed financial walkthroughs with POPs leadership.
5. Collaborate with S2P & Finance teams on closure activities.
6. Provide advisory on finance processes and improvements.
7. Support meetings with finance, CFO teams, and strategic discussions.
8. Work with Client Operations & Client Finance heads to forecast spend by PO and cost center.
9. Perform cost variance analysis comparing actual performance against budgets and forecasts.
10. Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
11. Analyze key business drivers, financial metrics, and support management decisions.
12. Review financial information proactively, identify exceptions, and coordinate follow-up actions.
13. Participate in budget preparation, scenario building, and simulation modeling.
14. Assist client heads in forecasting and issue reporting.
15. Conduct project spend analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.
16. Perform ad hoc analysis and financial modeling based on business needs.
