Job Description:
We are looking for a remote, initially part-time financial planning analyst who can create budgets and financial forecasts for a growing multiple 7-figure marketing agency business. You will review our books each month, project growth in revenue and costs, including budgeting for all major categories in the P&L on an annual and rolling basis. You will report to Co-CEO John Corcoran and support executive management on hiring, spending, and operational challenges.
Your role involves proactively predicting business changes, developing budgets, and analyzing what is working and what is not to facilitate growth. Additionally, you will oversee the quality control of our monthly accounting close process, managed by our Controller, using trend analysis and monthly reviews to improve forecasting accuracy and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
This position is remote and flexible. We seek someone available for at least 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase hours as needed.
