We're currently partnering with a prestigious Real Estate Investment Trust looking to add an FP&A Analyst who will be instrumental in preparing the organization’s budgets, liquidity forecasts, and safeguarding the company against financial risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial reports and forecasts, working closely with investment and asset management teams to analyze performance against budget and forecast targets.
• Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting process for both the Management Company and Funds.
• Develop precise, accurate, and reliable predictive financial models across multiple departments.
• Create detailed financial models for the business, leveraging knowledge of financial reporting and cash flow dynamics.
• Oversee reporting requirements for various stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and management.
• Analyze historical data, forecast future outcomes, and investigate budget variances.
• Evaluate operational processes to identify cost-saving opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these initiatives.
• Identify key data sources and provide data-driven insights into departmental performance to support informed decision-making.
• Set and track budget and operational benchmarks to assist in the preparation of monthly and annual forecasts.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Prepare additional reports and participate in special projects as assigned.
• Foster proactive and collaborative relationships with investment, asset management, accounting, and executive leadership teams.
• Continuously improve tools and systems, automate processes, and lead the implementation of budgeting and forecasting solutions to streamline operations and enhance reporting capabilities.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in Finance
• Experience in FP&A is preferred
• Proven track record in enhancing processes and reporting efficiency
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in advanced Excel modeling
• Strong written and verbal communication capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
