Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in solving business challenges through data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
• Exposure to working with large datasets through coursework, projects, or previous internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial results. Ensure accuracy, provide standardized templates and support the overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
• Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions.

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team drives continuous improvement and long‑term strategic planning for the organization, cultivating the best talent and building financial acumen. FP&A supports all functions across ADUSA, collaborating to build strategic goals and support business partners to achieve omnichannel growth.

The FP&A intern will be responsible for the following:

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

Non-Tech Roles:

ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20

IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on their unique qualifications and experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Final compensation decisions will be made in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
