Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is offering a paid FP&A internship designed to develop business, technical, and leadership skills within a fast-changing grocery retail setting.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and available May 24, 2027, through August 13, 2027. The program features a hybrid work environment with in-office days, mentorship, and exposure to cross-functional projects across ADUSA.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in solving business challenges through data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
• Exposure to working with large datasets through coursework, projects, or previous internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial results. Ensure accuracy, provide standardized templates and support the overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
• Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions.
