Ahold Delhaize USA's FP&A internship offers insight into the fast-changing grocery retail industry while developing financial, technical and leadership skills. The 12-week paid program includes impactful project work, mentoring and opportunities to present to company leaders.

You will work in a hybrid setting with at least three days in the Quincy, MA office, and you must be eligible to work in the United States for the summer of 2027. Your resume and GPA are requested.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related fields.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with an interest in solving business challenges through data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint capabilities; experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and analytical techniques.
• Exposure to working with large datasets through coursework, projects, or previous internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and support to the Director and Managers of the FP&A team.
• Compile, analyze, and synthesize financial results. Ensure accuracy, provide standardized templates and support the overall team in delivering Reporting and Planning deliverables.
• Work closely with other FP&A members on current priorities and team projects
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency across the department and recommend actionable solutions

Department/Position Description

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team drives continuous improvement and long-term strategic planning for the organization, cultivating the best talent and building financial acumen. FP&A supports all functions across ADUSA, collaborating to build strategic goals and support business partners to achieve omnichannel growth.

Individual cohort pay rates vary based on location, academic year, and position.

Non-Tech Roles:

• ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $18.10 - $34.20
• IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $20.00 - $37.80
