Maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, trust-building, and clearly guided next steps.

Planning & Advice Execution

Conduct financial check-ups and diagnose planning needs using MoneyGuidePro or comparable tools.

Identify and communicate investment and planning opportunities, including tax-loss harvesting, model alignment, and risk management.

Present recommendations with clarity, confidence, and supporting rationale.

Collaborate with CSAs and Service Advisors to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and client retention.

Business Development & Performance

Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and business development activities.

Drive annual net new asset growth targets

Represent PAX at events, workshops, and community initiatives as appropriate.

Strengthen presence through digital platforms, thought leadership, and community engagement.

Documentation, Compliance & Professional Standards

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, planning notes, and follow-ups in Salesforce.
