Compensation based on experience
WealthCare Corporation is a rapidly growing financial services firm dedicated to helping families build, protect, and sustain their financial futures. Our clients trust us with life‑shaping decisions—from retirement and tax strategies to risk management, business succession, and legacy planning.
Everything we do is grounded in a client‑first philosophy. We believe the best business outcomes come from consistently doing what’s right for each individual family we serve.
We are seeking a Financial Advisor who shares that mindset and is excited to take ownership of client relationships while helping expand the community of individuals who trust us to guide their retirement and long‑term financial planning.
You thrive in a fast‑paced, relationship‑driven environment. You’re personable, organized, and energized by helping others solve complex problems. You ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.
As a Financial Advisor, you are analytical and detail‑oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence. You are comfortable with financial planning concepts, technology, and compliance requirements, and you value accuracy, follow‑through, and professionalism.
You’re self‑motivated, punctual, and accountable—and you enjoy being part of a collaborative team that holds itself to a high standard.
The Financial Advisor serves as the Lead Advisor for client relationships and is directly responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment advice. This role owns the client experience from initial engagement through ongoing relationship management, ensuring strategies remain aligned with each client’s goals, values, and evolving circumstances.
As the primary advisor, you will lead client meetings, develop and present holistic financial plans, and provide clear, confident recommendations across retirement planning, investment management, tax strategies, risk management, and legacy planning. You are accountable for building trust, deepening relationships, and driving long‑term client retention.
The Lead Advisor also plays a key role in business growth by expanding existing relationships, participating in marketing and client experience events, and collaborating with other advisors and team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service. While supported by internal staff, this role sets the standard for professionalism, planning quality, and client‑first decision‑making.
