Compensation:
$90,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities:
- Embrace the role of a structured yet coachable team player open to continued education and training from other team members
- Seek, identify, and secure strong relationships with new clients by serving as their trusted financial advisor
- Work directly with clients to compile financial profiles that allow you to provide sound financial advice based on each person’s individual financial status, income, financial goals, and other factors contributing to wealth management
- Create customized financial plans for each client based on his or her life stage, professional circumstances, and fluctuating financial needs
- Provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve financial goals
Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your financial knowledge and skills, ensuring you can develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
- Expand your client base by networking within your community and introducing potential clients to our financial services
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and guidance
- Stay receptive to feedback and coaching from senior advisors, continually refining your approach and strategies to improve performance
- Work toward obtaining your FINRA license as part of your professional growth within the industry
- Assist clients in setting and achieving financial objectives by creating and executing well-thought-out financial plans
- Meet and exceed performance targets by growing your client base and offering valuable financial solutions
Qualifications:
- Exemplary math, communication, and relationship skills to support strong customer service for current and new clients
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related analytical field is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other tools
- Baseline knowledge of financial industry concepts, products, and the role of a financial advisor is desired
- While not required, a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 license is a plus
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate financial concepts and advice to clients, building trust and rapport.
- Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to continually develop financial knowledge and skills through training and mentorship.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking to assess client needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Client-Focused: Ability to understand client goals and provide personalized financial advice.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
- Prior Sales Experience (optional): Experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles is a plus.
