Base pay range

$113,000.00/yr - $188,000.00/yr

Position Overview:

Professionals in this role support government and public sector clients by enhancing their financial operations, ensuring streamlined processes, and improving organizational structure. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of financial systems, including budget planning, accounting, auditing, and related strategic functions. The individual will work within a high-performing team to deliver insights, drive process improvements, and support critical decision-making functions through financial analysis and advisory. Exceptional communication and change management skills are essential.

Key Requirements:

• Current and valid Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and active CI polygraph; must be eligible for and maintain Full Scope Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in areas such as budgeting, financial analysis, or audit support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Full Scope Polygraph clearance
• CPA, CGFM, or CDFM certification
• Proficiency in federal accounting and auditing frameworks, including:
• Financial statement review and analysis
• Internal controls and audit readiness
• Business process improvement
• Knowledge of federal financial regulations and compliance standards
