The Financial Operations Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing a broad range of financial operations, including customer billing, payments, deposits, refunds, asset accounting, tax submissions, and financial data entry. This position ensures the accurate recording, reconciliation, tracking, reporting, and compliance of institutional financial transactions while providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The role serves as a key contributor to the integrity of financial records, maintains accountability for assets, and ensures the timely processing of revenue-related activities.
Salary is to be commensurate with education and work experience.
