Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
• Experience processing account paperwork, transfers, annuities, or financial transactions.
• Familiarity with CRM and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process new account applications, transfers, and rollovers.
• Review paperwork for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Coordinate with custodians regarding account setup requirements.
• Process annuity applications and related documentation.
• Monitor pending applications and follow up with carriers.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Update client records and coordinate with advisors and service teams.
• Assist with paper and paperless enrollment requests.
• Keep workflow trackers and systems up to date.
• Assist with RMD processing and other service requests.
