Qualifications

• Professional experience in procurement, purchasing administration, financial operations, or related business function.
• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Ability to review financial information and identify discrepancies.

• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive, update, and track tickets in Waypoint/Cherwell.
• Support daily operational tasks, month-end reporting, and administrative activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
• Review and track statements of work, purchase orders, and related budget information.
• Coordinate with requestors, project owners, Contracts, Legal, and Procurement to move requests forward.
• Support internal software and hardware chargeback processes.
• Reconcile financial records, investigate discrepancies, and assist with expense reclassifications.
• Use Excel to manipulate data, maintain account tracking spreadsheets, and prepare management reports.
