Job summary

AIR Communities is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to join the West Operations Finance Team in Irvine, CA. You will analyze financial performance, model scenarios, and forecast alongside business partners across the organization.

The role emphasizes reporting, budgeting, variance analysis, and collaboration with senior leaders. In-office work five days a week at the regional office supports the team and operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of financial analysis experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with multi-year forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in analytical discipline.
• Strong written/oral communication to senior leaders.
• Experience with Hyperion PBCS, VBA, SQL, Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality reporting with actionable insight.
• Support business groups across the organization with analytics.
• Diagnose complex situations and develop solutions.
• Lead budgeting and monthly forecasting including data collection and assumptions.
• Model data to support strategic decision making.
• Assist with variance analysis and senior management reporting.
• Prepare quarterly board and shareholder reporting.
