Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with financial modeling and complex formulas.
• Experience with ERP systems including implementation and maintenance.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience preparing executive-level financial reports and dashboards.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional business partners including operations, sales, and leadership.
• Power BI or similar BI/tools experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial data into actionable insights to inform leadership decisions.
• Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure financial clarity across teams.
• Own profitability and margin analysis and support pricing decisions.
• Own ERP system implementation, maintenance, and data integrity.
• Oversee accounting operations including sales/purchase order review and asset tracking.
• Provide timely analytics and ad hoc reporting to support decisions.
• Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting against actuals.
