Join the MercyOne Family! We are hiring a Financial Operations Analyst.

In this role, you will be responsible for data capture, analysis, and reporting to support operational efficiency. Duties include auditing department information, producing reports, and suggesting process improvements. You will also provide expertise in programs, services, and applications.

Schedule:

• Full Time, 40 hours/week, Remote, Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm.

General Requirements:

• 1-3 years of finance experience in industry or private sector
• Research and compile data to support operational projects, analyze data, and create graphical trend reports. Support leadership decision-making by demonstrating ROI and progress.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, lead resolution efforts, and collaborate on performance improvements related to program efficiency and patient experience. Distribute analytical reports.
• Utilize multiple systems to perform analysis, create reports, and develop educational materials. Follow policies to ensure quality, confidentiality, and safety. Understand departmental processes and acquire new knowledge quickly.
• Assist the Manager of Financial Operations with system-wide financial analyses, month-end reports, and special projects.
• Support the Operating Budget Director in financial planning at Trinity Health System, Shared Services, and Health Ministry levels.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
