Job summary

Resorcer is hiring a Deputy CFO for its digital banking arm. You will own the bank’s finance function, including planning, budgets, IFRS reporting, regulator relations and risk management, reporting to the CEO and Group Head of Finance.

The role is based in the Bahamas, or in Cyprus with monthly trips to the Bahamas. You will build and lead a finance team, oversee intercompany transactions and transfer pricing, and drive ROIC, working capital and growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in bank finance in senior roles (CFO, Deputy CFO, Head of Finance, Financial Controller).
• Hands-on experience with monthly and quarterly consolidated IFRS reporting.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and business planning together with the CEO.

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and managers in building business plans, priorities and forecasts within ±5% accuracy.
• Own consolidated IFRS reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage regulator relations and capital/liquidity reporting.
• Oversee risk management and internal controls framework development.
• Lead intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation.
• Drive ROIC, working capital optimization and growth initiatives.
• Build and lead a pro-active finance team.
• Ensure project bids/contract terms meet financial parameters.
• Collaborate with function leads to align on financial strategy.

An international financial group is hiring a Deputy CFO for its digital bank. You will own the bank’s entire finance function: business planning and budgets, consolidated IFRS reporting, regulator relations, risk management and internal controls. You will report to the bank’s CEO and the Group Head of Finance. The role is based in the Bahamas, or in Cyprus with monthly trips to the Bahamas.

• Support the CEO and functional managers in building business plans, priorities and forecasts within ±5% forecast accuracy
• Own accurate and timely monthly and quarterly consolidated financial reporting under IFRS, internal and external
• Manage relations with the banking regulator and ensure regulatory compliance
• Ensure execution of action points from the QSR review process
• Own the risk management process, effective internal controls, policy standardization and process improvements
• Own project accounting and controlling
• Manage intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation
• Lead initiatives to improve ROIC, working capital and growth performance
• Build and lead a finance team that delivers proactive service to its stakeholders
• Work with functional leads to ensure project bids and contract terms meet corporate financial parameters.

• Direct experience working with a banking regulator: regulatory reporting, capital, liquidity, inspections
• Experience building risk management, internal control and compliance frameworks
• Track record of leading a finance team
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Digital bank or neobank experience would be a strong benefit
• Experience with regulators outside Ukraine (EU, Cyprus, offshore jurisdictions), intercompany transactions and transfer pricing would be a benefit
• Readiness to relocate to the Bahamas, or to be based in Cyprus with monthly trips to the Bahamas.
