Job description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Record to Report: timely prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Cash Flow report) based on US GAAP.
Manage annual budget, including variance analysis, revenue growth and expense variation analysis by difference aspect.
Oversee cash management operations. Develop and implement short-term and long-term investment strategies.
Oversee tax planning and compliance, including preparation and sales taxes, and other applicable taxes to ensure compliance and minimize tax liability. Coordinate with tax agent with federal, state, and local corporate income taxes.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team (accountants, financial analysts, etc.), setting performance goals, providing training, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, HR, legal) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Asset Management: regularly arrange asset and inventory checks to ensure that assets are used effectively.
Oversee financial management operations across the Americas region, including but not limited to financial accounting, budget management, business operation support, and localized development of financial systems and procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is preferred.
5+ years of progressive financial management experience in the United States.
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
