A senior Financial Analyst supports the day-to-day execution of JASSM Development activities and plays a key role in delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. Our team drives program finance excellence from proposal to closeout by providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. This position contributes across a broad range of program finance functions, including cost management, earned value analysis, and financial planning. The role requires the ability to work independently while leveraging enterprise financial systems and tools to ensure program performance is effectively tracked, analyzed, and communicated to leadership.

Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Ability to multi-task and manage challenging assignments
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills

Desired Skills

• Working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Experience conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
• Experience establishing / managing program cost baselines
• Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements
• Working knowledge of Cobra, SAP, and Oracle

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00
