Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Financial Management Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join our Dahlgren, VA team. You will manage budget plans and oversee program spend for obligations and forecasts, supporting federal finance operations.

Applicants should have 3–10 years of Air Force financial experience, a degree with at least 24 credit hours in business/finance, and strong MS Office skills including Excel.

Qualificações

• 3–10 years of experience with Air Force financial processes or equivalent
• Associates or bachelor’s degree with minimum 24 semester credit hours in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or related coursework
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Excel macros and database solutions desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Responsibilities

• Budget planning, organizing and managing the program's spend plans for obligation and budget expenditure forecasts


• Financial management program actions and activities, including monitoring and oversight, meetings, funds tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, cost risk management, and decision documents preparation.


• Review current data management processes and tools, such as spend plans, financial system reporting, and internal and external financial execution status reports, and develop and implement solutions to improve data management and analysis capabilities

Position Requirements

• 3 - 10 years of relevant experience with Air Force financial processes, procedures and functions and an associates or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 24 semester credit hours in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or related course work.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Proficient with Excel in the use of Filters, Pivot Tables, Formulas; developing Excel Macros and database solutions is desirable.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Top Secret Clearance Position is located in Dahlgren, VA.
