Job summary

Kiliuda, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a Financial Management Specialist with a Top Secret Clearance to join our Dahlgren, VA team. You will manage budget plans and oversee program spend for obligations and forecasts, supporting federal finance operations.

Applicants should have 3–10 years of Air Force financial experience, a degree with at least 24 credit hours in business/finance, and strong MS Office skills including Excel.

Qualifications

• 3–10 years of experience with Air Force financial processes or equivalent
• Associates or bachelor’s degree with minimum 24 semester credit hours in Business Administration, Public Administration, Accounting, Finance or related coursework
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Excel macros and database solutions desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Budget planning and management of program spend plans and forecasts
• Oversee financial management actions, including monitoring, funds tracking, milestone planning, briefing preparation, staff coordination, cost risk management, and decision documents
• Review and improve data management and reporting processes and tools to enhance data analysis capabilities
