Job description

Role:

Participate in the two-year GE HealthCare Finance Management Program (FMP) to develop future finance leaders through four rotational assignments. Objectives: Gain comprehensive experience across corporate finance functions including Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Controllership, and FP&A, alongside formal training in finance, accounting, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Support growth initiatives, optimize manufacturing costs, ensure financial compliance, and deliver strategic insights.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related, with expected graduation between Dec 2026 and May 2027; GPA 3.0+ preferred.

Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills; adaptable and resilient in dynamic environments; internship or co-op experience a plus.

High-Value:

Focus on healthcare industry finance, international rotations possible (England or Brazil), and exposure to global healthcare markets.

Work Setup:
