Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Management Analyst with deep expertise in DoD accounting and financial reconciliation, and a proven background in federal financial management.

Qualifications

Required:

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance from an accredited college or university

• Clearance:
  Active Secret Security Clearance

• Experience:
  Minimum 10 years supporting:

  • DoD headquarters (CJCS, SAF/FM, NAVCOMPT, ABO)
  • Major command (MAJCOM/MACOM, EUCOM)
  • System command and unit/base-level financial operations

• Expertise in:

  • Accounts payment validation and preparation of vendor invoices for federal payments
  • Resolving unmatched disbursements and payment rejects
  • Managing interest penalties in accordance with contract terms

• Additional Experience:
  3-5 years in financial records management in compliance with:

  • DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR)
  • National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) guidelines
