Job description

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) seeks a Case Management Analyst III located in the Southeastern United States capable of data analysis, scheduling key activities in support of the Federal Agency and reporting:
Obtain data from case management systems.

  • Perform in-depth analysis of complex processing issues.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Identify trends and patterns in case data.
  • Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of operations in meeting established goals and objectives.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and reengineering.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues.
  • Lead efforts to minimize data errors and improve data integrity.
  • Technical Assistance and Support:
  • Provide technical assistance to staff and stakeholders in understanding and using case management systems.
  • Assist in developing management objectives and controls.
  • Consult with supervisors and others in overcoming barriers in meeting goals and objectives.
  • other Responsibilities:
  • May be involved in training new staff on case management systems and procedures.
  • Participate in case conferences and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive case information. Responsible for supporting Lead Case Manager's directions for enabling high-quality management of Federal Agency applicant records and providing ad-hoc support to the program’s core mission.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Participate case management report review process for adjudication, direction, and follow-up IAW regulations and guidelines.
  • Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from case management systems and other relevant sources.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in case management processes.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations. Evaluate existing case management processes and workflows.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of care.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate with program manager and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management implementation and execution.
  • Provide technical advice and support to company and supported client.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely.
  • Budget and Schedule Management:
  • Track case management progress and performance.
  • Assess and advise on potential issues related to costs, schedules, and performance.
  • Collaborate with key Federal agency stakeholders to ensure buy-in and successful implementation of changes. Monitor case management activities to ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies.
  • Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.business operations requirements. Assesses current practices, collects information and analyzes industry trends to determine program objectives.
  • Designs new projects/programs by analyzing clients' requirements.
  • Makes recommendations to improve system. Prepares technical reports and summarizes information and trends.
  • Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. May act as lead.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in social work, counseling, or related fields or ILO Bachelors Degree, 5 years of case management and or call center case management support.
  • 3-5 years of experience in case management, data analysis, or a related field.
