Job summary

Allianz Commercial is seeking a motivated intern for the Financial Lines team in Chicago. You’ll work across risk consulting, underwriting, and operations, gaining hands‑on experience identifying and analyzing risk for international clients.

You’ll contribute from day one, participate in meaningful projects, and receive mentorship across multiple business areas while pursuing your degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Risk Consulting Support: assist with identifying and analyzing risk across lines of business.
• Special Projects: collaborate on a proof of concept for a new product or research effort.
• On‑the‑Job Learning: participate in learning and development activities to understand how insurance works.
