Qualified candidates have high school diplomas, 1–3 years in related fields, and bilingual abilities (Spanish or Creole).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred in related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial counseling, case management, or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and/or Creole; training provided by Habitat.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized financial counseling sessions and achieve client outcomes.
• Assess client needs and develop financial action plans.
• Engage in ongoing follow-up with clients and referrals to wraparound supports.
• Maintain client data and report outcomes using a management database.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet program goals.
