Financial Due Diligence & Advisory Manager

Responsibilities:

  1. Performs financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses.
  2. Participates in client meetings and site visits while interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis.
  3. Prepares detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements.
  4. Uses various software tools as designated by the firm.
  5. Interacts with the other functional areas of the practice including tax, audit, and other consulting practices.
  6. Assists in preparing proposals and engagement letters.
  7. Represents the firm in community activities and professional associations.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  2. Minimum of 6 years experience in an Audit or Transaction Advisory practice within a national or regional public accounting or consulting firm.
  3. Supervision / Team Leadership experience.
  4. Ability to direct and manage client engagements.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  7. Ability to travel 25-30% overnight.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CPA certification.
  2. Able to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner.
  3. Preferred industry experience in one or more of the following: manufacturing, distribution, retail, healthcare, energy, and technology.

Compensation Range: $97,700 - $196,400

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
