Mawson Infrastructure Group is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to join our fast-paced Finance team.

Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will be responsible for reviewing various accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, and leading tax planning in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the management of financials and analytics of business units.

We're looking for someone who has high levels of integrity and who can apply leadership and influencing skills when required. You will need a strong analytical mind, an eye for details and the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.

What will you own?

• Participate in the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance;
• In-depth knowledge of tax planning, and account consolidation;
• Review and support our business strategy, and business development efforts;
• Support finance team members in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financials including 10Q & 10K and other SEC reporting requirements;
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate reviews and tax filings;
• Collaborate with department heads to help in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic planning and resource allocation decisions.
• Reviewing, monitoring, and enforcing financial policies and procedures
• Preparing and presenting reports to key internal stakeholders;
• Support relations with our external professional services providers

What you have:

• Bachelor's Degree in commerce or Business
• SEC experience preferrable
• Up to date knowledge of accounting standards
• US listed reporting experience (highly valuable)
• Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work within time constraints and committed to meeting deadlines
• Possess business and commercial acumen
• Big 4 and/or mid-tier corporate experience preferrable
• NetSuite ERP experience is preferred but not necessary
