Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant finance leadership experience.
• 4 years of experience as a Director of Finance within a hotel or resort preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.
• High level of professional integrity and organizational skills.
• U.S. work authorization required, with limited exceptions for eligible internal transfers.
