This is a full-time remote opportunity , open to candidates located within the MENA region .

About the Role

As a Finance Director , you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company’s financial operations, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring financial health and regulatory compliance. You will lead the finance team, support business growth initiatives, and work closely with senior management to drive financial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, and initiating corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisors, and other external partners.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across departments.
• Drive process improvements and enhance internal financial controls.

Who You Are

• Proven experience as a Finance Director , Head of Finance , or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong background in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in financial management software and ERP systems.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks across the MENA region.
• Fluent in English ; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a remote and dynamic environment .
