Job summary

Compass Technology in Charlotte is seeking a Product Owner to maximize the value of Financial Data Services products. You will work with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to align the portfolio with enterprise strategy and ensure data quality, governance, and security.

This hybrid role requires leading an agile team, defining backlog items, writing ready user stories, and collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and vendors.

Qualifications

• SAFe Agile familiarity and certification a plus.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner delivering financial data products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Experience with enterprise financial data and SAP modules is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in the owned data product and domain.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to contribute to vision and roadmap.
• Define backlog items and create ready user stories for iterations.
• Lead agile team to manage and prioritize the backlog.
• Coordinate with data engineering, analytics, and architecture teams to ensure quality, performance, and governance.
