Responsibilities

• Confirm insurance benefits and eligibility for admissions.
• Act as liaison between the facility, insurers, and patients to resolve outstanding balances.
• Handle self-pay collections for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Train new hires and supervise staff; daily reporting and tracking of department tasks.
